A Message of Thanks

Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah, Alhamdulillah.
With the grace of Allah and His knowledge of our conditions and need, He did not let us down in this blessed month of Ramadan against many odds and from an almost empty fundraising hall. I was absent in person but Allah knows my heart and Dua’a were there. It is not about the number–it is all about the blessing.
I heard that the speaker, Mr. Saalakhan, was dynamic, engaging and passionate. I heard that many members of Alhuda’s family helped in organizing, setting up, transporting the delicious food, caring for the children and cleaning up as well. Wa Allahi (By Allah) it is moments like this, last night’s success by divine intervention, which reaffirm our belief that we are on the right path and reenergize us to continue our mission to serve in the cause of Allah.
May Allah bless all those who participated in making this event happen, all those who donated, all those who wanted to donate but could not, all those who support Alhuda physically, intellectually, financially, emotionally or by enrolling their children in the school. May Allah give us the wisdom to use their donation money appropriately and serve our community to the best of our ability in a manner that is pleasing to Him, Ameen.
