Students of the Month
Nov 5th, 2009 | By office | Category: NewsOur first group of student of the month has been announced this morning during assembly. Every month a student is chosen from each grade based on the criteria described in the Parent Handbook.
In addition, this year we have decided to include the preschool classes in this program.
For that we decided on the following points for preschool and kindergarten students:
1. Displays proper Islamic manners
2. Participates in learning activities and circle time
3. Listens to peers when talking
4. Follows rules
5. Makes friends with peers
6. Raises hand before speaking
7. Forms positive relationship with adults
8. Is honest
9. Is respectful and helpful to teachers/staff and students
10. Accepts and is responsible for jobs or assignments
11. Demonstrates good behavior during silent and resting time
12. Has good attendance
13. Complies with uniform policy
Student of the month is decided on a monthly basis. Talk to your child about what s/he needs to improve to make it to this group.
