November 13 – 17 MS Events
Oct 29th, 2009 | By principal | Category: EventsMiddle school students will receive an intensive training on public speaking during the week of November 9th, followed by a Live Debate on the 19th. This event is lead by Mr. Toropov. The topic of the debate this year is: “Should electronic devices be allowed in school?” Join us on the 19th for this exciting event.
Middle school students also have the AMC8 Event on the 17th. AMC8 (American Mathematics Competition 
is an assessment that tests the students’ skills in Mathematics. It is geared toward grade 8 students although many times students from younger grades score well. This event is offered to grade 5 for practice. Ms. Siddiqua has been preparing students with a variety of practice questions. Students with high scores are invited to compete against other students nationwide.
